Our story started in Malta, where Konnekt, Talexio and Konnekt Payroll have built years of experience across recruitment, HR software and payroll services. Today, we bring that experience to organisations in both Malta and Cyprus, helping them access local expertise, specialist support and practical solutions across the full people journey.
Our values shape how we work, how we lead and how we grow. They guide our decisions, how we treat each other and the standard we hold ourselves to.
We stay curious, ask questions and keep learning so we can understand problems better, challenge assumptions and find solutions that create impact.
We speak our minds, challenge assumptions and act with kindness, confidence and purpose, even when the easier option is to stay quiet.
We deliver what we promise, always true to ourselves and others. We are committed to doing what is right, even if it means minimising profit.
Positive change is in our DNA. We focus on work that makes a meaningful difference for our customers, our teams and the people they support.
Across Malta and Cyprus, our leadership team brings together expertise in recruitment, HR technology, governance, commercial growth, people and operations.
With leaders based across San Ġwann and Nicosia, we combine group-wide direction with local market knowledge, making sure our teams stay aligned and our clients get the right support in each market.
